The other day I found out that Rihanna and Chris Brown were back together and it frustrated me to no end. I am a firm believer that you can eff your life up if you want to, but Rihanna is such a powerful role model that I worry about the message being sent to many very vulnerable people out there. Please guys, make this go viral, even anonymously, if it can help anybody out there!!!!

Indeed, you're right. ANd there's a lot of women that silently suffer every sort of disrespectful situation, firmly believing that their partner will change.

If you're in a relationship because you think you can change someone, you're just lying to yourself.

Yep! It happens the other way around as well.. I've known more than one man who's more than scared of their female (or male) partner but won't say anything do to the particularly machista culture we have here. Still, public figures tend to lead by example and I find this one of the most dangerous examples yet... as bad an addiction as drugs and in Rihanna's case, as dangerous.

Totally agree with you... in the end I am more worried about the kids who seem to look up to them so much and find their actions "normal"!
